What are Dreams!!!!
Dreams are often a role play of
situations, which are re-evaluated experiences of our waking life.
Mixed up as they might be, seemingly
confused, we will dream of what we experience.
Feelings, vibrations, Emotions,
energy, are controlled by one element - the mind!
To a computer, The mind is
the software, as the Brain is the hardware, the brain activates the physical
and the mind is the programme which is the controller of our expression.
We express of our physical emotions
in many ways. They are an energy form, as is electricity
Emotions are feelings or vibrations,
which we react with in either in a waking or sleeping condition.
As our brain does switch off, for
example we do not stop breathing
when we are asleep nor do we stop
moving, our brain therefore, our computer, never rests.
Dreams allow the mind to delete
emotional stress before it becomes harmful or enhance an emotion for our
better understanding
We dream at any time, either day,
or night, asleep, or awake. These conditions are almost the same, our mind
goes into a suspended state
sifting through things that have
happened, filing, re-filing, analysing
and re-analysing.
We can dream as many as 4 or 5 times
in a sleep period, each dream
can have some significant connection
to the last or next, according to
our emotions.
At this stage it would be easy for
me to go off at a tangent and talk
about the metaphysical, or spirit,
and what we truly are, beyond our animal or human form, but I will
leave that for another time, that is, unless demand wants it.
Our mind, or true energy, creates
a dream to explain, or show us an expression or direction. Having experienced
it, we should have greater knowledge of it, and in that knowledge,
deal with it. The mind then
goes on to other things, that is
unless we continue to experience the same condition through our waking
life, then the energy force recurs
until we come to terms with it.
Hence a recurring Dream !!!
Now the question must be asked,
what is it, this force which puts us through ecstasy, deprivation, joy,
distress, anxiety or any other thing which is peculiar to our living, or
is it?
As we think it, it must be a part
of ourselves - these likes or dislikes, the wants or unwanted, the acceptable
or unacceptable, is this why
many people will not discuss what
they dream about.
Is it because it's contrary to
what is perceived as being socially
acceptable. Does the dream cross
the boundaries of good or bad taste,
is it evil, sexually perverted,
violent, which is found to be pleasurable,
or is it pro-religion, or
antiestablishment, which is being fought for!
It maybe that your inner self is
trying to get out of the constraints you
have imposed on it - who knows
- well maybe you do! |
